The first step to overcoming the learning difficulty is to identify it.

A following checklist is a screening tool; however, there is ongoing research showing that these questions may provide help identifying signs of learning disabilities including Dyslexia. 

If you feel that something is amiss or if you have questions after you have reviewed the checklist, seek a professional for an assessment.
